Hydraulic lifting column, using hydraulic power source and hydraulic action rod integration, and with bi-directional integrated hydraulic core.

The system uses a micro motor connected to the gear pump and the fuel tank through a connecting block with an integrated valve , and then form a complete micro hydraulic system after assembled with the integrated hydraulic cylinder.

The control mode is flexible . In addition to the normal manual button box control, it can also be controlled by short-range remote control, remote control, short-range card swiping, remote card reading, vehicle license plate recognition, etc., and program control can be realized by computer.

Hydraulic lifting column components

1.The well part is a closed or mesh frame, surrounded by buildings or light steel structures, and steel guide rails are installed on both sides othe interior;

2.Driving part: small oil tank equipped with hydraulic drive motor, oil pump, safety valve, speed regulating valve and reversing valve and other hydraulic components.

3.The cylinder part: consists of one or more cylinders of the straight top platform of the lifting cylinder or the lifting shear fork frame;

4.Platform part: It is a steel structure platform bearing heavy loads, with closed (that is, car type) or open type, with guide rollers or guide boots on both sides, and the fork steel frame that can be connected to the lifting cylinder or lifting shear at the bottom of the platform;

5.Auxiliary parts: composed of hydraulic pipe fittings, pipes, pressure gauges and steel structure base.

6.Safety device: safety valve, stopper, door electromechanical interlock, break valve, emergency switch, electrical short circuit protection, etc.

Hydraulic lifting column application range

1. The gates of important units such as state organs and the military: Install lifting anti-riot road columns, the columns can be controlled by electric, remote control or card removal, effectively preventing vehicles from entering and illegal vehicles from breading into.

2. Pedestrian street:  Install lifting road columns on pedestrian street. Usually the road columns are in the rising state, restricting vehicle access.If in emergency or special circumstances (such as fire, first aid, inspection, etc.), road columns can be quickly lowered,so that vehicles can pass.

3. Road isolation area: Lifting road columns can be used in the restricted area of non-fully closed road, to prevent vehicles from turning left or colliding driving. In case of road construction, road obstruction and other special circumstances, road columns can be lowered to divert vehicles.

4. Multi-purpose square: During the day, the road columns are raised, and vehicles are prohibited from entering the square. At night, the square is used as a temporary anti-terrorism prevention target hard isolation facility. When the road columns are lowered, vehicles can enter and park.

5. Open park:  Install lifting columns in the open park intersection, The road columns are raised usually, and vehicles are prohibited from passing through, visitors can pass freely. In special cases, put down the lifting columns to facilitate the passage of vehicles.

6. Residential areas, banks, schools: Install the lifting columns in these places will restrict vehicle access and ensure the effective use of fire channels.
